About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Marketing Associate who’s equal parts content nerd and performance junkie. This is not a passive brand marketing role : it’s high-agency, hands-on, daily experimentation in the wild jungle of Meta, UGC, influencer collabs, and storytelling that converts.
They will be scripting, voicing, briefing, co-creating, and researching killer creative concepts, not editing (we have editors) : but owning what goes out the door. We are looking for someone obsessed with thumb-stopping ads, scroll-breaking creative hooks, and content that sells. Has experience with content strategy and creation and has a passion for D2C (tried drop-shipping, worked with a young brand, want to start their own marketing brand)

What You'll Be Doing
1. Own Content for Paid Media (Top Priority)
Script static + video ads for Meta & YouTube Ideate fresh creative angles weekly (e.G. problem-solution, parody, social proof, dupe breakdowns + blue sky thinking – anything goes!)
Give sharp briefs to editors & agencies to turn raw content into banger ads
2. Hands-On Production
Record voiceovers, dub creator footage, shoot small self-led content clips
Guide models / influencers on delivery, tone, angles, and energy
Be the “creator whisperer” (sometimes onset if we’re shooting) and in postproduction
3. Creative Research & Breakthrough Discovery
Study viral formats across industries (e-comm, health, beauty, etc.)
Spot winning patterns and pitch scroll-stopping new formats weekly
4. Influencer Marketing & Accountability
Identify the right creators, give strong creative direction, and ensure deliverables pop
Track ROI of creator campaigns and build long-term collabs
5. Organic & Email Content
Write and manage email flows, newsletters, and campaign launches
Repurpose paid content for reels, stories, and organic reach, create content calendar for organic content and create content where needed
What We’re Looking For
1+ years’ experience in content, marketing, or performance creative (freelance, agency or brand)
Sharp sense of humour, storytelling, and voice modulation (you’ll often be the VO artist!)
Hands-on attitude : not scared to be on camera or on mic if needed
Passion for D2C and brand building : we want future founders
Not required to be an editor or media buyer : but should understand what works creatively
