Job Summary

We are seeking a SIAM Consultant / Service Integration & Vendor Manager to oversee and optimize IT service delivery across multiple internal and external service providers. The role requires strong knowledge of Service Integration and Management (SIAM) principles, ITIL frameworks , vendor management, governance, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Integration : Manage integration of multiple service providers to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
• Governance & Frameworks : Establish and maintain governance frameworks for service quality, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
• Vendor Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors; monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Performance Management : Define, track, and report on SLAs and KPIs to measure service quality and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the service delivery environment.
• Reporting & Analysis : Publish performance reports, analyze root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets business requirements.
• Risk Management : Identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Subject Matter Expertise : Provide thought leadership and guidance on SIAM principles and service management best practices.
