Develop and execute a comprehensive external communications strategy, encompassing media relations, social media, employer branding and thought leadershipCreate and lead a dynamic social media plan, including ideation for new posts, creation of content, building community engagement and tracking performanceManage all aspects of media relations, including proactive media outreach, building strong connect with relevant journalists and media monitoring for story opportunitiesChampion thought leadership for senior management by seeking suitable opportunities for speaker forums through partnerships and connect with external event platformsDraft strong and impactful content including messages for Leadership Talks, Articles, presentations, etc.Plan and execute impactful campaigns with an objective of promoting Nomura Powai brand internally and in the industrySupport the Internal Communications and Branding efforts of Nomura PowaiCollaborate with cross-regional teams and contribute to Global Projects and CampaignsMind Set : Domain
