Position : Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant / Architect

Location : Pune / Bangalore / Kolkata / Hyderabad

Experience Range : 10 – 15 Years

✅ Must Have : 5+ years of experience as a Kinaxis Consultant and Architect

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Implementation using Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR)
Providing Technical Expertise and Leadership
Engaging directly with Clients to understand business requirements
Training and supporting internal technical teams
End-to-end Project Management

Job Description :

Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain challenges, gather detailed requirements, and design Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions tailored to meet their specific needs.

Analyze business processes, data flows, and system integrations to deliver comprehensive solution designs.

Configure Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions, set up data integrations, and customize functionalities to align with client requirements.

Evaluate technology feasibility for business proposals and innovative ideas.

Provide technical leadership to both business and Scrum teams.

Drive continuous technical improvement (CI) initiatives focusing on innovation and adherence to best practices.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Kinaxis Rapid Response, staying updated with latest functionalities and best practices.

Guide clients and internal teams on configuration, data modeling, and integration strategies.

Build strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and challenges.

Provide consulting services, address client concerns, and recommend ongoing improvements and optimizations.

Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients to effectively use Kinaxis Rapid Response.

Education & Certifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (MBA or advanced certifications preferred).

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics.

Kinaxis Rapid Response Solution Consultant Certification – Level 2 or Level 3 (Mandatory).
