We are looking for skilled Splunk Professionals experienced in Splunk administration, engineering, and operational support, with hands-on knowledge of automation, incident management, and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Execute change requests following Splunk TechOps runbooks and compliance standards.
Work with ServiceNow workflows and IA tickets to manage and track changes.
Review, validate, and implement Splunk configuration changes.
Develop, update, and maintain Splunk runbooks and rollback / validation steps.
Participate in root cause analysis and change-related escalations.
Provide ad hoc reports and assist in incident investigations.
Track KPIs and SLAs for successful change executions.
Required Skills & Experience :
3–8 years of experience in Splunk administration, engineering, or support .
Strong proficiency in Splunk architecture, queries, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
Exposure to AWS , Linux / Windows , and ServiceNow workflows .
Familiarity with Puppet (preferred) or other automation / orchestration tools.
Ability to work in a compliance-driven environment and support a 24x7 model .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
Splunk Core Certified Admin / Power User
ITIL Foundation
Puppet / Ansible Certification (desirable)
