Robotics Instructor

Job Profile :

• Act as an instructor and deliver robotics sessions to customers in Western countries, primarily during USA time zones (night shifts).
• Utilize tech expertise to assist in curriculum development as needed.
• Act as a trainer to help train fellow team members when required.
• Ensure proper feedback of every session and student is captured in the database and updated to senior management for review.
• Deliver high-quality sessions.
• Exhibit excellent communication, diction, enunciation, and delivery skills to interact with international students.
• Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance the learning experience, using development boards like Arduino, Microbit, ESP, Rpi, and programming languages such as C++ and Python.
• Proficient in handling various online delivery and meeting platforms like Zoom and Google Meet and well-versed in Google Suite applications.
• Participate in projects requiring teamwork and / or cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities :

Organize and deliver sessions for enrolled students after onboarding and delivery training.

Maintain a proper calendar and ensure effective communication with students and parents for excellent customer service.

Collaborate with other instructors on group projects.

Communicate with customers about upcoming sessions, curriculum plans, and more.

Facilitate regular assessments of students and provide regular feedback to customers.

Gather and provide feedback on sessions from internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

Robotics / Python / PCB Design

Arduino / Raspberry Pi / Jetson Nano / ESP boards

Technical education or certification in a relevant field

Experience in delivering sessions to students (preferably younger students, though not mandatory)

Proficiency in Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, and other hardware / software related to robotics and home automation

Familiarity with simulation tools like TinkerCAD, code.org, and MakeCode

Awareness of existing and future tech trends

Passion for learning and teaching

Proficiency in Excel
