Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure financial health and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze financial data and prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability to support business decisions.

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and identify growth opportunities.

Monitor key financial metrics and perform variance analysis to highlight trends, risks, and improvement areas.

Support budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes across all business functions.

Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial summaries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal company policies.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Conduct periodic reviews of financial records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper internal controls.

Prepare cash flow forecasts and assist in monthly and annual financial reporting to track performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.

Strong Quantitative, Financial and Analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Experience in e-commerce is a plus.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to lead and contribute to the development of high-quality, stable, and scalable web solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in full-stack web development, a deep understanding of coding best practices, and the ability to mentor junior developers. Experience with Shopify, Wordpress and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance websites. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in HTML, CSS, Java, and backend technologies. Ensure websites are optimized for all devices and major web browsers. Collaborate closely with the design team to translate UI / UX designs into functional web components. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently. Mentor junior developers by reviewing code, guiding them through the codebase, and promoting industry best practices. Work with marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented for driving traffic and conversions. Provide ongoing technical support to clients and handle inquiries related to website performance and functionality. Implement security protocols to protect client and company data from potential threats. Stay current with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and technologies to continually enhance project outcomes.
