Role Overview

Handle end-to-end Airfreight operations with a focus on Next Flight Out (NFO), On-Board Courier (OBC), and urgent / priority shipments. Coordinate with airlines, customers, agents, and customs partners to ensure time-bound movement, accurate documentation, and flawless execution. Manage pricing & quoting for airfreight inquiries while negotiating competitive rates and ensuring margin control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage airfreight time-critical shipments
• Coordinate pickup, booking, uplift, tracking & last-mile completion
• Liaise with airlines, WCA agents, transporters & customs brokers
• Execute rate quotation & costing for international shipments
• Ensure compliance with customs, airline & DGR rules
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and shipment records
• Provide real-time escalations & resolution to clients
• Work rotational shifts to support 24x7 ops

Required Skills & Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent logistics experience

Must Have

Valid passport, driving license, and willingness to travel / relocate if needed
