Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founder’s Office Intern (Product & Ops). The role involves collaborating directly with leadership to support product management, streamline operational processes, and drive critical initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in product strategy and development, analyzing business metrics, and optimizing workflows. Additionally, the intern will contribute to cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, and marketing teams.

• Product-related skills such as Product Management, Product Strategy, and Market Research
• Operational skills including Process Optimization, Business Analysis, and Workflow Streamlining
• Strong data and analytical skills like Data Analysis, Business Metrics Evaluation, and Insight Generation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Prior experience or familiarity with technology products, startups, or digital solutions is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
