Job Description : Sales Development Representative- Inbound

Location : Thane, Mumbai

Experience : 1-3 years

Qualification : MBA preferred

Work Schedule : WFO, Mon-Fri (ROW : 10 am to 7 pm IST; US : 5 pm to 2 am IST)

About the role : This role is for a proactive Inbound Sales Development Representative who converts marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team. The person should be skilled in lead qualification, email and call engagement, and CRM management (HubSpot preferred). Success requires quick response times, clear communication, and collaboration with sales and marketing to drive conversion and revenue growth. Ideal for a motivated, analytical, and customer-focused individual passionate about sales and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities : KRA :

  • Nurture and engage leads through various inbound marketing channels.
  • Identify and qualify leads to create SQLs for the sales team consistently.
  • Be creative and find new ways to improve conversion rates from Lead to Opportunities.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer engagement and lead generation
  • efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inbound marketing and
  • customer support.

KPI :

  • Lead Qualification : Achieve a monthly target of qualified SQLs delivered to the Inbound Team.
  • First Reach out TAT : Ensure a quick response to leads to ensure best experience.
  • Proactiveness in Initiatives : Innovate to make the process and team much better than the current process and find ways to do better.

  • Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in inbound sales, lead qualification, or customer engagement roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and familiarity with inbound growth, email marketing, and cold calling.
  • Strong communication, research, and follow-up skills to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Self-driven, analytical, and proactive in improving conversion processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English spoken and communication skills.
