Role Overview

As a Lead Developer at Kore.AI , you will lead a team in designing, developing, and maintaining conversational AI solutions using the Kore.AI platform. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment—ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative chatbot and virtual assistant experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in building conversational AI solutions.
• Architect and design scalable, robust chatbot frameworks aligned with project goals.
• Develop and customize chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.AI APIs and tools.
• Implement NLP / NLU capabilities for intelligent, context-aware conversations.
• Integrate bots with third-party applications via APIs and enterprise systems.
• Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Establish CI / CD pipelines with DevOps teams for automated deployments.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to maintain smooth bot operations.
• Stay updated on AI trends and apply new technologies to improve solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
