Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Work on HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Web Services (SOAP / REST APIs) .
• Build and support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party systems.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data migration scripts .
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM modules.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users for requirement gathering and testing.
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
