Role Description

This is a full-time Visa Process Associate role at Future in Australia. As a Visa Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling visa applications and processing, assisting applicants with documentation requirements, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Finance, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of visa processes and immigration regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Fluency in English and additional language proficiency is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
