About The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at TecAlliance. In this role, you will support our customers by transforming and integrating their data into TecDoc standards, ensuring smooth onboarding, high-quality data processing, and optimal distribution workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer-specific data processing in line with TecDoc data standards.
• Analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored data solutions in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• Implement customer data into the TecDoc Data Standard (DIFM Service) using ETL tools, SQL, Python, and TecDoc Maintenance Tools.
• Create customer-specific analyses, product reports, and visual data presentations.
• Continuously optimize processes to enhance data quality and production efficiency.
• Provide 3rd-level technical support for customer-specific data requirements.
• Evaluate and implement requirements, ensuring proper documentation and reporting of all processes.
