Role : R&D Executive (Food Science)

Experience : 2–3 years in food product development (snacks preferred)

Location : Khed Shivapur, Pune

Role & Responsibilities

• NPD & formulation : Develop / optimize healthy snack recipes aligned to nutrition targets and consumer taste.
• Scale-up : Translate lab formulas to pilot & mass production; ensure consistency, yield, and cost targets.
• Process & SOPs : Standardize methods, set process controls, and maintain documentation.
• Trials & sourcing : Run ingredient trials; partner with procurement for cost-effective, high-quality inputs.
• Compliance : Ensure FSSAI (and export / federal) compliance; finalize labels and specs.
• Shelf-life : Design & execute stability / packaging tests; define storage and QC checkpoints.
• Production partnership : Work with manufacturing to troubleshoot runs and optimize throughput.
• Insights : Track trends / benchmarks; iterate for cost, taste, texture, and nutrition improvements.
