Consultant - Industrialization Engineer

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for Consultant- Industrialization Engineer.

Key Responsibilities and scope :

• 3rd party integrator manufacturing support, supervision, and assessment (processes, skills, schedule),
• Module Interconnection and Integration drawings preparation through a defined tool
• Back office technical validations and Issue resolution,
• Support on BoM development and technical drawings if required,
• Cost reduction / industrial initiatives with partners ensuring Quality & Safety level.
• Solution consistency within the region according to Prefab projects and offer
• Process Optimization and Quality Improvement,
• Workload analysis and transfer between factories,
• Support to Prefab’s Engineering, Commissioning, PM, and Quality,
• To ensure that Prefab best practices on manufacturing are being deployed

Location & Travel

 Location- Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu.

 Travel within the India region up to 40% of the time, as per business requirement.

Requirements :

o Minimum 4+ years in assemblies and multi-equipment electro-mechanical integration.

o Previous industrial experience with multi-product integration.

o Hands-on experience in a factory production environment.

o Expertise in electrical, mechanical, and structural prefabricated modules.

o Ability to evaluate and validate systems / solutions according to local standards.

o Proficiency in advanced project construction drawings and schemes (CAD and / or 3D software).

Skills :

o Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.

o Strong soft skills for cross-functional collaboration.

o Excellent English communication (spoken and written).

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
