We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the staffing or contract staffing industry and a proven ability to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients through market research
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients
Prepare proposals and sales contracts in line with legal and company standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions
Track and manage sales pipeline, revenue targets, and client feedback
Provide consistent post-sales support and account management
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows
Ensure timely reporting and documentation of all business development activities
Required Skillset :
Proven sales track record in the staffing / contract staffing domain
Strong understanding of recruitment and workforce solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle client accounts end-to-end
Proficient in lead generation, cold calling, and networking
Time management and strategic planning abilities
Client-centric approach with a focus on long-term relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
