Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Management Trainee will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across various departments, gathering and analyzing market data, contributing to strategic decision-making processes, and assisting in project management. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and offering input on optimizing internal processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Candidates will gain exposure to operational and strategic aspects of the business within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation and evidence-based decision-making

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills

Proficiency in project management tasks, organizational planning, and time management

Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning in diverse roles

Experience with or interest in electric vehicles, mobility solutions, or innovative business models is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
