A minimum of 8-9 years of manual testing experience with a significant focus being on test engineering on software implementation projects
Having minimum of 4-5 years of Salesforce Commerce cloud / Demandware testing and 2-3 years in leading QA teams and directly reporting to client stakeholders
Have experience in different configuration in Business Manager like promotions
Have strong experience in storefront testing, Site settings, configurations
Experience testing different markets / countries deployment
Experience to Agile / JIRA or any test management tool
Strong analytical and communication skills
Passion to maintain a high degree of quality
In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies
Identify risks involved in the team and highlight stakeholders, proactive communication
SFCC testing ongoing implementation project in Commerce cloud, or Demandware experience
Work closely with the internal and external design / test teams in identifying problems
Adopting to client work culture
Excellent in tracking team deliverable, identify any risks and cascade to project stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
I am willing to learn project related automation tools
Good experience in QA Team management
Experience in direct interaction with US / UK client stakeholders
Have experience in managing multi country SFCC Region roll out QA teams
Experience in providing weekly QA status report to internal / external stakeholders
Willing to work 50% as QA lead and 50% as an individual contributor.
Facilitate, Mentor and groom team resources.
Experience is creating test strategy, test plan for the QA team which includes both Manual and Automation backlogs
