As an Odoo Techno functional consultant, you will be responsible for project development, leading the technical development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining high standards of coding and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Solution Design : Design and architect scalable Odoo solutions, ensuring high performance and security.
• Development & Customization : Develop custom Odoo modules, features, and integrations as per business needs.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
• System Integration : Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and other ERP systems.
• Deployment & Support : Oversee deployment processes and provide technical support post-implementation.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and development guidelines.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders.
