We’re hiring for a fast-growing digital transformation and AI solutions company that partners with global enterprises to build scalable data platforms and intelligent business solutions.

We’re looking for a Data Lead who can design, lead, and optimize enterprise-scale data ecosystems, leveraging platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake . This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build a robust data foundation that enables analytics, governance, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines , ETL / ELT processes, and data warehousing solutions.
• Architect and manage centralized data platforms using Snowflake and / or Microsoft Fabric.
• Implement best practices for data modeling , metadata management , and data architecture .
• Define governance, security, and compliance frameworks across the data ecosystem.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies in the data space.
