Job Description :

Job Title : Manager - Sales

Work location- Bangalore(Vasanth Nagar)

Interview mode- Walk In only

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
  • Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant

properties.

  • Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
  • Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

    • Skills Required :

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
  • MS office
  • Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
  • Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

    • Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

  • A graduate from any discipline is preferred
  • 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
  • Freshers also welcome

    • Compensation, Perks and Benefits :

  • CTC – 3 to 4.5 Lakh Fixed (Fresher + Experienced)
