Job description2-4 years of experience in technical writing or manual design. Proficiency in documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or Microsoft Word. Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Description
We are seeking a Manual Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear and effective user manuals and documentation for our products and services. You will work closely with technical teams to gather information and ensure that all documentation meets the needs of our users.
Responsibilities
- Design and create user manuals, guides, and documentation for products and services.
- Collaborate with product teams to gather information and understand technical specifications.
- Ensure all documents are clear, concise, and user-friendly, adhering to company standards.
- Review and revise documentation based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Maintain and update existing manuals to reflect changes in products or services.
