Senior Draughtsman

Required Qualifications

• 12 Years of relevant experience with CAD qualification
• Experience and a drive for continual learning / understanding of the latest design tools, technologies and processes
• Experience within a Drawing Office environment
• A good level of general computer skills (good electronic housekeeping)
• Demonstrate an understanding of industry best practices
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders in a professional manner
• Logical thinker
• Demonstrate good problem solving skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
• Flexibility and a positive attitude to change
• Self-motivated with good self-time management skills
• The ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing workload demands
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create trust with seniors and peer groups
• Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
