We are looking for a Company Secretary (CS) Trainee to join our dynamic team!

This opportunity will provide hands-on exposure to :

Corporate secretarial work and company law compliance

Drafting of board and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes, and filings

Corporate governance and legal documentation

Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters, including practical exposure to resolution processes and NCLT proceedings

Eligibility :

Executive or Professional level student of ICSI

Good communication and drafting skills

Eager to learn and grow in corporate law and insolvency practice

Location : New Delhi

Vacancy : 05

Stipend : As per norms
