Job Summary :

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present the menu, make recommendations, and take accurate food & beverage orders.
• Serve orders promptly and efficiently as per restaurant standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving complaints courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle billing and payment processes as required.
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety protocols at all times.
• Support team members and contribute to smooth restaurant operations.
