2. Brand Management & Reputation : Oversee the cultivation and protection of the hospitals brand image. Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
3. Digital Transformation & Engagement : Champion digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (PPC), social media, content marketing, and website / CRM management to maximize online visibility and patient acquisition.
4. Team Leadership & Mentorship : Recruit, lead, and mentor the marketing and communications team. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
5. Budget Management & ROI Analysis : Manage the departmental budget effectively,track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present regular reports on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns to senior leadership.
6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Monitor healthcare market trends, patient feedback, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities, service line growth areas, and potential challenges.
7. Public Relations & Crisis Communications : Serve as a key liaison for media relations and manage external communication strategies, including developing crisis communication plans when necessary.
8. Physician & Internal Relations : Collaborate closely with physicians, department heads, and administrative staff to develop targeted service line marketing plans and ensure a unified brand message.
9. Compliance & Ethics : Ensure all marketing collateral, campaigns, and patient outreach efforts strictly adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and ethical advertising guidelines.
