What you’ll do at Ather :

Be a key member of the Finance Controllership Team and primarily be responsible for book closures and period financial reporting

Build scalable ERP platforms with strong ICFR framework

Lead statutory audit engagement with Big4 (Limited reviews and Final)

Actively manage sub-processes of Fixed Asset, Revenue & Receivables. This includes end to end ownership from process and reporting perspective

Run balance-sheet consolidation and reconciliation routines; build strong internal controls for day-to-day compliances, audits etc. and periodic attestations / testing

Represent record to report function in all business meetings to ensure compliance with accounting, controls, reconciliation and reporting

Lead and manage submissions for secretarial, tax audit and tax assessment engagements and litigations

Lead Insurance programs

Be a core team of the due-diligence projects for fund (equity / debt) raising, rating agencies

Manage litigations and handle external authorities together with external experts

Here’s what we are looking for :

In-depth experience of Accounting processes with prior experience of IND-AS reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience in controllership / accounting / auditing in a listed manufacturing or retail entity or Big 4 firms

Experience in accounting applications – SAP, BPC, Oracle, etc

Ability to build successful relationship across stakeholders

Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within strict timelines

You bring to Ather :

A Chartered accountant

Relevant work experience of 10-15 years (post qualification)
