Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including vendor selection, RFQs / RFPs, contract negotiations, and purchase order processing.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Legal, IT,Administration, and Business teams) to understand sourcing requirements and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Maintain and optimize vendor databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvements in quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.

Negotiate and review contracts to mitigate risks, ensure favorable terms, and achieve cost savings.

Analyze spend data, track procurement budgets, and present insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements across the procurement lifecycle.

Stay updated on market trends and supplier innovations to inform sourcing strategies.

Qualification Criteria

4 to 8 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.

Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.

Sound understanding of procurement systems, tools, and best practices.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a global and cross-cultural environment.
