This role blends hands-on expertise in core ITSM / HRSD modules with modern skills in Now-Mobile , Agent Apps , and AI-powered features like Gen AI , Now Assist , and Virtual Agent .

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the ServiceNow platform , including user and access management, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Configure and enhance ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Implement and optimize HR Service Delivery (HRSD) : Case Management, Employee Self-Service, and HR workflows.
- Design and deploy Now-Mobile and Agent Apps for seamless mobile service experiences.
- Integrate and manage Gen AI capabilities including Now Assist , AI Agents , and Predictive Intelligence .
- Configure and manage Virtual Agents to enhance self-service and automate support tasks.
- Implement Knowledge Management systems that support proactive issue resolution.
- Support and streamline Asset Management using ServiceNow tools.
- Deploy Dynamic Translation features to enable global, multilingual user experiences.
- Customize applications using scripting languages ( JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts ).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure compliance with platform governance, security, and best practices.
- Create training materials and offer user support across the organization.
Mandatory Skills & Tools
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Administration and Development.Strong expertise in :ITSM module configuration (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)HRSD module implementationNow-Mobile & Agent AppsGen AI, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, AI AgentsVirtual Agent configurationKnowledge and Asset ManagementDynamic TranslationExperience with platform scripting : JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies.Familiarity with REST / SOAP APIs , Web Services , and MID Servers .Proven ability to analyze requirements and build scalable, efficient solutions.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Certifications
