About The Role
Source Medium is looking for a dynamic and creative Content & Influencer Management Strategist to join our growing team. If you're passionate about content, creators, and building meaningful brand partnerships, this role is for you.
You will be at the heart of content strategy and influencer partnerships—researching, ideating, and executing campaigns that make an impact. You'll also manage end-to-end creator relationships, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies for multiple brands.
- Research industry trends and emerging content formats.
- Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers / creators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators.
- Create detailed campaign briefs for creators.
- Coordinate and follow up with creators to ensure timely delivery.
- Track, manage, and report on influencer campaign progress.
- Juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
2 years of experience in content strategy or influencer marketing.Proven experience in communicating and collaborating directly with influencers / creators.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.A strong creative flair with the ability to think out-of-the-box.Great interpersonal skills-confident in reaching out to creators and maintaining relationships.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.What We Offer
