Core Responsibilities :
Brand Identity & Strategy :
Define and maintain the brand tone, color palette, and storytelling themes across all postsDevelop a monthly social media calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, or eventsEnsure every post supports brand positioning and emotional appeal (not random posting)Content Creation & Execution :
Write engaging captions (hooks, CTAs, storytelling) that stop scrollsCoordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure high-quality creativesCreate content briefs that are clear, data-driven, and aligned with audience psychologyStay on top of trends, sounds, and formats to keep brand content fresh but relevantCommunity & Engagement Management :
Actively engage with followers, respond to DMs / comments strategicallyBuild influencer partnerships, collaborations, and user-generated content loopsMonitor brand mentions and sentiment - protect and grow brand image dailyPerformance Analysis & Growth Optimization :
Track KPIs : reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, retention rate, and conversionsPrepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights (not just numbers)Run small-scale ad experiments (boosts, engagement campaigns, lookalike testing)Analyze competitor brands and reverse-engineer what's workingBrand Campaign Leadership :
