Job descriptionWork closely with internal departments such as Production, Shipping, and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth execution of installation projects.Address and resolve inter-departmental issues that may affect operational efficiency or project timelines.Monitor and ensure strict adherence to all SOPs, processes, systems, and software used by the Installation department.Ensure that all drawing details are collected accurately and that Kick Off, Recheck, and Final Installation phases adhere to standard timelines and quality benchmarks.Supervise the unloading and on-site verification of furniture components with utmost care and accuracy.Motivate and manage installation teams, monitoring individual and departmental performance regularly.Conduct regular technical training and upskilling programs for the team.Oversee technicians daily productivity and revenue reports to ensure optimum output.Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and inventory management of field tools and equipment.Uphold and enforce all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of field service technicians.
