Sr. Quality Control Manager

Location : Noida (On-site, Full-Time)

Experience Required : 7–8+ years in Quality Control within a metal manufacturing or engineered goods environment

About the Role :

We're looking for a Senior Quality Control Manager to lead quality operations across our manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with metal-based home improvement, furniture, or garden décor products , ensuring world-class standards in finish, durability, and precision for export markets.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership capability, and proven experience maintaining quality consistency across large-scale metal production lines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and monitor inspection processes for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement quality control systems aligned with export and audit standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work closely with production, welding, and coating teams to ensure process integrity.
• Supervise testing activities — including salt spray, coating thickness, and load-bearing tests.
• Maintain inspection records, analyze quality trends, and prepare regular reports.
• Guide and train QC inspectors to strengthen in-house inspection accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and buyers to ensure material and product compliance.
• Support external audits and ensure readiness across all quality checkpoints.
