Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and identify trends to support business decisions.

Develop financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.

Collaborate with business and operations teams to evaluate performance metrics.

Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Support audits, compliance checks, and process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

2–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.

Strong analytical and Excel / modelling skills (knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus).

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
