• 2-4 yearsof experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in aSaaS organization or top consulting firmsOverviewAs part of the Founders Office at RapidClaims, you will serve as a critical partner to thefounders, translating high-level strategic initiatives into actionable plans and supporting thecompany’s rapid growth. This role involves a unique blend of strategy, operations, andgeneralist responsibilitices across functions, including sales, marketing, and organizationaldevelopment.Responsibilities1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Collaborate with founders to define and implement the company’s strategic roadmap,focusing on growth in sales, marketing, and operations.Oversee workflows and processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cross-functional communication.Drive sales and marketing initiatives, developing data-driven strategies for leadgeneration, customer engagement, and brand visibility.Provide strategic insights, manage key projects, and coordinate high-profile initiativeswith an emphasis on business growth.Advise founders on strategic and operational matters, support team skilldevelopment, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.Qualifications
• Experience : Minimum 2- 4 years in a founder’s office, business analyst, projectmanagement, or analytics role in a high-growth environment, preferably within SaaSor consumer start-up.
• Business Acumen : Strong understanding of business strategy with the ability tosynthesize complex goals into actionable plans.
• Analytical Skills : Skilled in data analysis and presentation, with the ability to drawinsights from data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strongrelationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational Skills : Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiativessimultaneously with a high level of organization.
• Industry Knowledge : Experience in healthcare or technology is preferred but notrequired.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field;
