Job descriptionProvide strategic direction and align the firm’s goals, mission, and long-term plans. Lead the business unit with hands-on involvement in operations, audits, and client delivery. Direct regulatory, statutory, and tax audit engagements with technical excellence. Drive firm growth through niche definition, market research, and client acquisition. Build and guide teams, manage performance, and create a high-trust work culture. Oversee financial metrics, profitability, and operational efficiency. Represent the firm at industry events and with key clients. Chartered Accountant (mandatory) Excellent command of English; Strong technology orientation with continuous learning mindset Demonstrated leadership experience in practice / professional services Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability Excellent communication, leadership presence, and client-relations skills Agile, proactive, and resilient in handling dynamic situations Ability to manage multi-team, multi-project environments Opportunity to progress to Partner level Leadership role with autonomy and strategic influence Strong professional environment committed to excellence and growth
