With 4-5yrs of experience from an Agency Back ground.

Tasks and duties may include :

• He / she should be highly creative and should be capable enough to lead a team of 5 to 6 copy writers under him.
• He / she will be responsible for the creative outcome of Geek.
• He should be aware of the trends in the adverting industry and should have the experience in creative ad campaigns on good brands.
• He / should have superior leadership and strong organisational skills and have the ability to set and meet quick deadlines.
