Role : Senior UX Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Conduct user interviews to understand pain points, needs and opportunities
  • Work through sitemaps, user journeys and workflows, from beginning to end, translating insights into ideas to create new products and features.
  • Wireframing / Sketching and prototyping these ideas to quickly assess viability, and designing detailed interaction behaviors
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and act as a customer experience advocate when considering design decisions
  • Collaborate with multiple functional specialists such as designers, developers to create deliverables

Skills :

  • The ability to empathize with end users and understand their pains and needs
  • Knowledge of user-centered design and design thinking
  • The ability to conduct good user research through interviews with end users and business owners
  • Experience with preparing sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications
  • The ability to explain complex concepts and ideas to clients and colleagues
  • The ability to explain UX and UI concepts to folks from different backgrounds
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Have a good sense of visual design and create appealing User Interfaces
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma,Adobe XD,Sketch, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Understanding of common software project management and development practices

    • Good to Have :

  • A portfolio demonstrating your ability to research and design
  • Experience with working on AR / VR is a plus
