Key Responsibilities :
Promote and sell lubricants, greases, and construction chemical products to industrial, automotive, and infrastructure clients.
Develop and manage dealer / distributor networks in assigned territories.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and consultants.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Key Skills :
Strong technical understanding of lubricants, greases, and construction chemicals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage B2B client relationships.
Knowledge of industrial markets (OEMs, contractors, and builders).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Preferred Locations : Candidates from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, or nearby regions will be preferred.
