How will you do it

• Responsible for organization's on-time and accurate delivery of BSNA's processes including billing, dispute, payment processing, cost / margin analysis and collections.
• Managing any issue that potentially impacts revenues and costs, from identification through to RCA and resolution of disputes.
• Create reporting, reconciliations, and related analysis of assigned revenue / cost of sales accounts monthly.
• Assisting with defining and creating operating procedures and participating in business process improvement initiatives related to revenue assurance activities.
• Acting as a Billing & Dispute Subject Matter Expert on projects / initiatives that could impact the end-to-end billing and dispute process.
• Lead the calls and forums agreed with Sales / Field / Customer, drive discussion with Collections, Billing, Booking functions to resolve Disputes / 60+ days aged issues for team.
• Investigate and recommend solutions to revenue and billing under-performance and improvement opportunities as per the contractual and legal aspects associated with relevant customer contracts.
• Ensuring that performance of Billing against contractual obligations is properly planned, tracked, and monitored, raise questions where this is not the case, and ensure plans are put in place to fix issues.
• In parallel with resolving disputes and AR issues, identify root cause of dispute to improve process and prevent recurring of disputes / AR issues
• Ensuring new tools are in line with expectations. Work closely with the UAT team to help development test plans.
• Developing an understanding of internal and external customer needs and ensure all activities and excellent delivery of customer satisfaction.
