We partner with a diverse clientele of private equity investors, developers, and fund managers across the U.S. and Europe.We are looking for a Senior FP&A Professional to join our high-performance team. You will seamlessly integrate into our client’s operations, supporting the Finance Director in driving strategic insights for transactions ranging from $50M to $500M+.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial reporting, month / year-end close, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.Manage billing cycles, profitability analysis, revenue forecasting, and cash flow oversight.Lead budgeting, KPI dashboards, and financial planning for firm growth and hiring strategy.Review internal controls and implement workflow improvements to support scalability.Support select outsourced CFO engagements with financial modeling, budgeting, and capital strategy.Advise clients on tax efficiency, entity structuring, and compliance alignment (state & federal).Assist with audit prep, financial due diligence, valuations, and M&A-based advisory where applicable.Review client deliverables from accounting teams (AP / AR, payroll, month-end close, reconciliations).RequirementsCPA License Preferred (Active or In-Progress acceptable)4+ years in a CFO, Controller, Senior Accounting Manager, or Public Accounting roleProven experience with U.S. GAAP, ASC standards, tax compliance workflows, and audit supportExperience working within or managing a CPA firm, advisory practice, or finance outsourcing environmentExpertise in MS Excel for budgeting, FP&A, cash flow planning, cost controls, and financial analysisWhy Join Us?Work with a high-caliber team on international PE deals.Permanent, full-time remote position.Opportunity to support capital raising and high-value investment strategies.Location : Remote Working Hours : Must be available during US EST Time Zone Employment Type : Full-Time Industry : CPA Firm / Real EstateReady to apply?Click the "Easy Apply" button or send your resume to [hr_desk@offshoreminds.com].
