About the Role

As we are present in 60+ countries across all continents of the world, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our global hiring function. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. This leader will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition operations, including workforce planning, employer branding, executive hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and drive the domestic and global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.

Partner with senior leadership to forecast talent needs and develop proactive sourcing plans.

Build data-driven recruitment frameworks to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire metrics.

Team Management & Development

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing talent acquisition team across geographies.

Build internal capabilities through structured training, coaching, and process optimization.

Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Operations & Process Excellence

Oversee recruitment operations, including sourcing, interviewing, assessments, and onboarding.

Drive process improvements using industry best practices.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance in all hiring practices.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with HRBPs, business heads, and external partners to deliver on talent needs.

Establish strong relationships with executive leadership for senior and critical hiring.

Report key recruitment metrics to senior leadership and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.

Ideal Candidate :

Should be tech-Savvy and accustomed to recruitment tools to build TA productivity. Preference would be given to a candidate who has worked in Talent Acquisition roles.
