Outdoor Catering & Banquet Sales Manager

The Outdoor Catering & Banquet Sales Manager is responsible for generating qualified leads and converting them into confirmed outdoor catering and banquet bookings through strong networking, client meetings, and relationship building.

The role requires a proven background in banquet or catering sales (3–7 years) with existing industry connections across corporates, event planners, and the wedding ecosystem. The manager will handle inquiries end-to-end—understanding requirements, presenting proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless documentation and follow-ups.

Strong communication, negotiation skills, market awareness, and a disciplined sales approach are essential to consistently drive revenue and deliver high client satisfaction.
