About the role : -

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder (Intern) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, writing persuasive proposals, and winning projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset to help the company grow its client base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Identify and qualify potential clients on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and .
  • Write customized and compelling proposals tailored to each client’s requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project needs and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) to prepare accurate project estimations.
  • Manage and track bids, follow-ups, and client communication to ensure consistent lead conversion.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on bidding performance.
  • Stay updated with market trends, platform algorithms, and client preferences to improve win rates.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and lead generation.

Required Skills : -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or Upwork bidding (freshers welcome with strong communication skills).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong ability to research, analyze, and write persuasive proposals.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software development, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Upwork and other freelance platforms.
