Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and oversee people operations, administration, and policy. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition and management, performance management, and ensure smooth execution of HR and organizational procedures. This role also involves event management and continuous improvement of HR processes to support our company culture and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations
Oversee day-to-day people operations to ensure a positive employee experience and operational efficiency.
Act as a key point of contact for employee relations and support.
General Administration
Manage general administration tasks related to HR functions, including record keeping, compliance, and reporting.
Ensure all HR activities adhere to relevant labour laws and company standards.
Process and Policy Formation and Implementation
Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organisational goals.
Monitor policy compliance and recommend adjustments as needed for evolving business needs.
Event Management
Plan and coordinate company events such as team-building activities, training sessions, and employee engagement programs.
Collaborate across departments to ensure events align with HR strategy and employee needs.
HR Management
Lead HR team members and provide guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance.
Manage the HR lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee development, and succession planning.
Performance Management
Design, implement, and maintain performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee productivity.
Facilitate performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans in partnership with line managers.
Talent Acquisition and Management
Drive full-cycle recruitment processes to attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent.
Manage talent pipelines and develop strategies for workforce planning and succession management.
Requirements
Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in HR management or people operations roles.
Experience of working in an IT / IT Services Organization is preferred.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HRIS, recruitment platforms, and performance management tools.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
