The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, accountable, and proactive team member to manage and optimize

Google Ads campaigns

for our agency clients.

You’ll be responsible for building strategies, launching and managing campaigns, and reporting on performance. This role requires critical thinking, ownership over results, and clear communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and optimize ad campaigns on

Google Ads

Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to improve performance

Collaborate with other team members to ensure client success

Proactively communicate updates, wins, and insights

Think critically when issues arise and bring forward solutions

Google Ads campaign management

Ability to communicate clearly

Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience in a

white-label or agency environment

Familiarity with SOP-driven teams

Background in client communication
