Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue / E-mailManage customer relationship with stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookStrong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentationUnderstanding the training requirements of customers and sourcing the best training supplier in the marketManage good working relationships with the training suppliersObtaining quotes from different suppliers and creating standard bid summaries by assessing the quotesNegotiate on the proposals from training suppliers to provide customers with the most competitive pricing in the marketDevelop and deliver cost savings through implementing optimum sourcing strategiesCoordinate multiple tasks and detailed activities in a time-intensive work environmentCorrespond with customer and training partners for all training delivery-related communications like dates and venue finalizing, registering the learner for training etcMaintain data integrity among different systems internallyIdentify opportunities for operational excellence and cost-saving for customers.
