Your Mission :

To serve as the strategic extension of the CEO, ensuring the entire organization is aligned, accountable, and operating at peak velocity. You will own critical strategic projects, streamline communication across departments, and act as a catalyst for decision-making, freeing the CEO to focus on long-term vision, investor relations, and market-defining opportunities. You are the glue, the accelerator, and the strategic enforcer.

Key Responsibilities :

a) Strategic Execution & Special Projects :

• Lead cross-functional, mission-critical initiatives from the CEO's office (e.g., market expansion, operational streamlining, M&A scouting).
• Own the preparation and follow-through for Board meetings and investor updates, ensuring the narrative is data-rich and compelling.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on strategic questions, providing the CEO with the insights needed to make high-stakes decisions.
