Your Mission :
To serve as the strategic extension of the CEO, ensuring the entire organization is aligned, accountable, and operating at peak velocity. Key Responsibilities :
a) Strategic Execution & Special Projects :
- Lead cross-functional, mission-critical initiatives from the CEO's office (e.g., market expansion, operational streamlining, M&A scouting).
- Own the preparation and follow-through for Board meetings and investor updates, ensuring the narrative is data-rich and compelling.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on strategic questions, providing the CEO with the insights needed to make high-stakes decisions.
b) Operational Rhythm & Scaling :
Design and implement the company's operational rhythm (OKRs, leadership meetings, all-hands), creating clarity and accountability at every level.Identify and diagnose operational bottlenecks and friction points, proactively developing systems and processes to solve them at scale.Manage the CEO's priorities, ensuring their time and energy are focused on the most impactful activities.c) Communication & Alignment :
