Cybersecurity Proposal Writer (RFP)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end response to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proposals related to cybersecurity services.
• Translate complex technical cybersecurity solutions into clear, compelling, and compliant proposal content.
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, legal, and technical teams to gather accurate information and ensure proposal alignment.
• Write, edit, and format high-quality proposal sections including executive summaries, technical solutions, compliance matrices, and case studies.
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and client expectations.
• Maintain a repository of reusable content, templates, and case studies specific to cybersecurity offerings.
• Track, manage, and report proposal milestones and submissions using tools like Excel, SharePoint, or proposal management software.
